The location is good. The buffet breakfast selection is excellent.

The hotel needs refurbishment. It's quite old and outdated. During our evening arrival, no staff greeted us , and we had to ask staff for our checking in. No staff guided us to our room, which is on the 6th floor. The staff is not welcoming. The T.V. remote is not working. You can hear the children running around in the hallway. We booked for body massage/ spa, then in short notice unavailable.

Overall, my stay is good.

This is my second stay in his hotel. The room is clean. The breakfast is good. The hotel is close to a mall.

I was in a shower, and I realized there were no towels in the room. I had to get out of the shower and called the front desk.

Excellent value for premier hotel. Still requires renovation but has potential to be tops.

Buffet meals are good but could be better and should be topped up more frequently.

Overall is still good..

Breakfast was good and many varieties. I like the location because of soo many shops sorrounding.

The toilet is not in that good condition maybe because is quite old already.

Room os spacious. Buffet is delicious

Towels are not as white as before. More of like you're questioning yourself if it was a clean towel or not because of it being dirty white despite being provided anew. Breakfast buffet is delicious but we have been there for two consecutive days and therw is no difference from one day to the other. We were hoping the food each day varies from the ones served the day before but alas, no.

Pleasant

Entreé restaurant staffs were excellent. The vibrancy and spontanuity in serving clients were apparent during my visit. I commend these people for their dedication and quality service.

The hotel seemed too slow with their renovation activity and become apparent during my stay. The rooms need updating.

De badkuip was oude en vies, er lekt water vanaf de verdieping boven de douche deed het niet ik vond het verschrikkelijk
